About the role
We are looking for a Field Support Representative to join Bosch Group in Samsun. You will act as the link between our partners and customers, promoting heat‑pump and photovoltaic solutions while gathering market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Visit installers and partners to understand and document customer requirements.
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the region.
- Demonstrate Bosch heat‑pump and photovoltaic products and services.
- Assist partners in selecting the right products and provide technical know‑how.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers and other marketing material.
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies to generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Required profile
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities.
- No travel restrictions and a valid Class B driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
