Field Support Responsible – Adana

About the role

As a Field Support Responsible you will act as the bridge between Bosch's heat pump and photovoltaic solutions and our customers in Adana. You will travel to installer sites and partner locations, gather requirements, and help select the right products to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Visit installers and partners to demonstrate products and services.
• Research customer requirements and identify potential new customers.
• Provide technical know‑how on heat pumps and photovoltaic products.
• Deliver product samples, brochures, flyers and other marketing material.
• Execute marketing and promotional strategies in the field.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Generate leads from field activities and support partner product selection.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• No travel restrictions and a valid Class B driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
