Field Support Responsible – Dealer & Wholesaler Liaison

About the role

As a Field Support Responsible for Bosch Home Comfort in Antalya, you will act as the primary link between Bosch and its sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points. Your mission is to ensure partners are well‑informed about our product portfolio, loyalty programmes and promotional campaigns, while gathering market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points regularly.
• Inform and promote Bosch Home Comfort products, highlighting key features and usage.
• Explain loyalty programmes, recruit new members and monitor programme compliance.
• Communicate current Bosch campaigns and activities to partners.
• Follow up on partner demands, complaints and needs within the assigned region.
• Support market surveys on trends and volume at sub‑dealer level.
• Control and report dealer actions against loyalty club contract conditions.
• Assist wholesalers with local campaigns linked to loyalty members.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence with active driving experience.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
• No travel restrictions.
