Field Support Responsible – İzmir

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary link between Bosch Home Comfort and its sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points in İzmir. You will promote product knowledge, loyalty programmes and campaigns while gathering market insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points within the assigned region.
• Inform and promote Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio, highlighting key features and usage.
• Explain and drive participation in loyalty programmes and recruit new members.
• Communicate current activities and campaigns planned by Bosch Home Comfort.
• Follow up on demands, complaints and needs of sub‑dealers.
• Support market surveys on trends and volume at sub‑dealer level.
• Monitor and report dealer compliance with loyalty club contract conditions.
• Assist wholesalers with local campaigns related to loyalty members.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence and no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
