Finance and Operations Manager

About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting while overseeing supply‑chain and warehouse activities. This role acts as the strategic bridge between local operations and the Global Headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare MU budgets and rolling forecasts, manage financial communications with HQ and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee external accounting, consolidation packages and audit processes to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage cash‑flow through weekly payment planning and enforce financial control best practices.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, including supplier purchases, import planning and customs broker relations.
• Govern warehouse operations to maintain efficiency in inbound, stocking and outbound processes while meeting target stock levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Labor during audits.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting and operational management.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of local labor law, tax legislation, customs regulations and financial compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Expert level MS Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting software.
