Finance Director

About the role

Özak GYO seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead all financial affairs, align with strategic objectives, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in line with IFRS standards.
• Monitor cash position, financial structure, risks, and provide analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate funding requirements with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and external partners.
• Ensure effective audit processes, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
• Drive efficiency, digitalisation, and improvement of finance processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional finance experience, preferably in publicly listed companies.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision‑making and strategic thinking abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
