Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial operations for Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, a luxury 5‑star resort. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting and operational efficiency across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cost Control, Purchasing, Income Audit, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to optimise financial processes.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and variance analysis with department heads.
• Prepare monthly financial statements in line with USALI standards and analyse departmental P&L.
• Produce management reporting packages for senior leadership and ensure timely group consolidation via Hyperion.
• Support development and continuous improvement of internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of USALI standards and experience with an international chart of accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of finance, reporting or FP&A experience in the hospitality industry, preferably luxury or five‑star hotels.
