Finance Supervisor

About the role

PaneraTech is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to support accurate and timely financial operations in Ankara. This hybrid position (3 office days per week) offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial control, and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial results and variances, and deliver clear management reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• ACCA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP reporting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for financial analysis.
