Financial Accountant

About the role

Lindström is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its Asia & Türkiye Finance Team. You will act as a trusted business partner for local management while collaborating with regional and centralized finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Invoice-to-Pay processes, vendor payments and ensure efficient operation of the Rillion system.
• Support month‑end, quarterly and year‑end closing activities in cooperation with accounting agencies and central finance teams.
• Perform vendor, expense, credit‑card and AR/AP reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting, legal and tax requirements.
• Participate in finance development projects, process improvements and ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations or financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems; Rillion experience is a plus.
