Financial Control and Reporting Manager

About the role

Acıbadem, a global healthcare group with 29 hospitals, 16 medical centers and nearly 26,000 employees across 5 countries, is looking for a Financial Control and Reporting Manager. The role covers financial reporting, consolidation and month-end close at holding company level, within a group of subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the financial reporting process, including IFRS and TFRS financial preparation, consolidation at holding company level and month-end close.
• Engage external auditors and consultants, as well as the financial managers of Acıbadem subsidiaries.
• Take part in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of Group operations.
• Lead financial reporting-related implementation or projects in close contact with key stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate and implement relevant accounting and reporting policies for Group financials.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of Big 4 experience; significant financial reporting experience (minimum 8 years).
• Experience in financial reporting, especially to a foreign parent with financial reporting package delivery.
• Knowledge of consolidation is a strong preference.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a team.

Required skills

• Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge.
• Oracle knowledge is a plus.
