Financial Control, Reporting & Consolidation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Financial Control, Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead the financial control, reporting and consolidation processes for our overseas operations. The role will be part of the global finance organization and will require a strong financial background, disciplined follow‑up and a results‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, periodic and annual financial reporting and budgeting for international operations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting of financial data received from overseas entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and oversee the overall consolidation and reporting processes.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, actual‑vs‑budget performance and variance analysis for international subsidiaries.
• Analyze key financial performance indicators and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Track cost structures, profitability, inventory levels and working‑capital performance of overseas entities.
• Take an active role in external audit processes.
• Lead financial process control, standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Represent and manage financial matters at senior‑management level when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of external audit experience at a Big Four audit firm.
• At least 6 years of finance/accounting experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong experience in preparing and reporting consolidated financial statements.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience in cost accounting, costing and manufacturing/production finance.
• Proven ability to interpret financial results and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Excellent coordination, execution and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with finance teams across different countries.
• Strong team and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency, with active written and verbal business communication.
