Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Controller to join our Planning & Control team in Antalya, Turkey. The role supports the subsidiary’s financial accuracy, compliance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports by crop, department and cluster.
• Manage the budget and 5‑year financial planning processes.
• Oversee monthly reporting of balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.
• Evaluate operational costs to improve efficiency.
• Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on financial and compliance matters to the management team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset across departments.
• Global outlook, proactive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Financial Management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
