Financial Controlling Assistant Manager

About the role

CoreX Holding is seeking a Financial Controlling Assistant Manager to oversee and analyze financial activities of the IT department across the Group and ensure accurate financial reporting for domestic and international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze financial activities of the IT department, ensuring effective control and coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements for CoreX Holding’s subsidiaries and timely period‑end closing.
• Perform detailed reviews of accounts, analyze variances, and investigate significant deviations.
• Monitor IT‑related financial processes, budgets, invoices and expense allocations.
• Prepare management reports and analyses related to IT financial processes.
• Conduct special‑purpose financial audits and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IFRS, Tax, Accounting and other finance teams for cross‑functional control.
• Support team coordination, onboarding, development and provide guidance to junior members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, audit or accounting.
• Experience with a Big Four or international audit firm is highly preferred.
• CPA/SMMM qualification or ongoing certification is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work with international subsidiaries and travel when required.
