Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

About the role

Çimsa is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive who will drive financial performance through end-to-end business KPIs, including cost, profitability, operational efficiency and sales performance, working closely with operations and commercial teams. The role suits a finance professional with strong analytical ability and a business mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning with business units
• Track, analyse and challenge cost structures, margins and operational performance across products, plants and regions
• Own key KPIs such as cost per ton, EBITDA drivers, working capital and cash flow, as well as sales volume, pricing, revenue mix and margin
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses and performance dashboards for senior management
• Turn financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Support investment evaluations, scenario analyses and strategic initiatives
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools and data quality
• Act as a finance business partner to operations, supply chain and commercial/sales teams
• Ensure compliance with Sabancı Group financial policies and governance standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or business finance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings
• Strong exposure to cost analysis, profitability tracking and KPI-based performance management
• Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes
• Fluency in English is required

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Analytical, problem-solving and business-oriented mindset
• Clear, confident communication
