Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (FP&A Executive)

About the role

Diageo is hiring an FP&A Executive (Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist) to join the Türkiye Finance Team based in Istanbul. The team supports the delivery of business objectives across the P&L, balance sheet and market share, and works with the Innovation team to inform decision-making. The role sits within the Dynamic Value Creator area of the Finance mission.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional partner to key stakeholders across the Türkiye business on performance management and investment analysis
• Compile the monthly forecast for overheads and advertising and promotional spend
• Provide decision support to maximise net sales value, gross profit and gross margin
• Support innovation so the pipeline aligns with strategy and partner the innovation team on complex projects
• Support the 3-year strategic planning and investment choices
• Focus on average working capital and cash

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or similar roles
• Ability to build trusted relationships and manage senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity, complexity and a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• SAP (or equivalent)
• CRM (or similar) system knowledge
• Demonstrated mastery of financial analysis basics
