Floor Manager (40h)

About the role

H&M Group is looking for a Floor Manager for its COS store in Sarıyer. The role leads a passionate team and sets the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store that delivers excellent customer experiences and drives results. It is a full-time position with a 40-hour contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to team development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and act as a brand ambassador.
• Step into the role of Store Manager when required.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment, with good knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in the products offered.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and seeking development opportunities.
• Excellent communication, adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to organise and motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of key retail KPIs and how to use them to drive performance.
• Good Turkish and English; team leadership is preferable but not mandatory.
