About the role

The Food and Beverage Server provides attentive, discreet service to guests in a restaurant setting, ensuring a seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell. The role requires thorough knowledge of menu items, beverages, and proper service techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests with a friendly yet unobtrusive approach.
• Accurately take and confirm orders, ensuring menu details are correct.
• Present wine lists and recommend appropriate beverages and wines.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, exceed expectations, and ensure table cleanliness throughout service.
• Keep linens, silverware, chinaware, and side stations clean and well‑organized before, during, and after operation.

Required profile

• Good organization and time‑management skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards.
• High school diploma.
• Driven by precision, excellence, and a caring attitude toward team and guests.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish.
