Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations in its hotel. The role involves overseeing daily service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily service.
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team while maintaining high service and guest satisfaction standards.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, food safety and compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance of F&B colleagues.
• Control departmental budget, revenue, costs, inventory and overall profitability.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Banquets, Stewarding and other hotel departments.
• Support planning and execution of events, banquets and special F&B operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest experience and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, health & safety requirements and hotel policies.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management with departmental planning and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience, preferably in an international or luxury hotel.
• Proven managerial and team‑leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Guest‑oriented, proactive and team‑focused attitude.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel management systems.
