Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

About the role

The Foreign Trade Operations Specialist will coordinate third‑party sales, manage end‑to‑end import and export processes, and work closely with Trade, Finance and Controlling teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export operations, including documentation and coordination with brokers, agents and external partners.
• Organise logistics activities such as loading, unloading, transportation and warehousing for inbound and outbound goods.
• Negotiate, control and report logistics costs, contributing to P&L through accurate cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, agricultural and GMO regulations and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Trade, Finance, Quality, Plant) to guarantee timely delivery and product quality.
• Monitor inventory, report to stakeholders and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent planning, coordination, organisational and analytical skills.
• Team‑oriented collaborator with autonomy and drive for excellence.

Required skills

• Advanced level of MS Office applications.
• Proficiency with SAP.
