Full Time Levi's Sales Consultant

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant (Stylist) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in its Istanbul store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach the team while handling sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years old.
