About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Istanbul store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by blending fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions, aligned with Levi’s service standards.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience, including the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems.
• Execute store procedures and maintain compliance with Levi’s policies.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
