Full‑time Server – Balıkesir Restaurant

About the role

The restaurant in Balıkesir is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Server to join its front‑of‑house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy a welcoming, customer‑centered dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks, check on guests throughout their visit, and respond promptly to any requests.
• Handle payments, provide correct change and process bills.
• Set, clean and reset tables between guests, maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Follow health, safety and food‑hygiene guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Attentive, courteous and professional attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication abilities to interact clearly with guests and team members.
• Basic math and cash‑handling competence.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and carry trays for extended periods.
