Game Developer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Game Developer to join our Istanbul office and help create high‑quality PvP experiences for millions of mobile players. You will work on‑site five days a week, collaborating closely with art, product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of game development, from concept to launch.
• Write clean, reusable, and highly optimized C# code for Unity.
• Profile and optimise performance on Android and iOS devices.
• Solve complex technical challenges in real‑time multiplayer gameplay.
• Participate in code‑review sessions and share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong passion for building competitive, responsive gameplay.
• Ability to quickly understand existing codebases and work as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills across GD, Art, and PM disciplines.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming characteristics such as FPS and LiveOps.

Required skills

• Unity engine.
• C# programming.
• Android and iOS platforms.
• Performance profiling and optimisation.
• Asset management, UI, or networking pipelines in Unity.
• SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Object‑oriented design, coding and testing patterns.
