About the role

Anvera Kurumsal Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. is seeking three qualified Real Estate Appraisal Specialists to join its central office in Ankara on a full‑time basis. The position requires a professional license issued by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (SPL) and offers the chance to work within a regulated appraisal firm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real‑estate valuation reports in accordance with national regulations.
• Prepare and present appraisal documentation to clients and authorities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to compile, analyse, and format appraisal data.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate valuations.

Required profile

• Graduated from civil engineering, architecture, geomatics, or city and regional planning programs.
• Holder of a valid Real Estate Appraisal Specialist License (SPK‑SPL).
• Effective use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
• No travel restrictions, possession of a B‑class driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Relevant experience in the real‑estate appraisal sector.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
