General Operations Team Member

About the role

As a General Operations Team Member you will be the front‑line ambassador of hospitality, creating memorable moments for every guest at the Porta Chiara Hotel Istanbul Karaköy. You will work closely with the food‑service and bell teams to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the brand’s standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude, proactively enhancing their dining experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, process them through the point‑of‑sale system and deliver promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Coordinate bell‑team activities to support guest arrivals and departures.
