Global Director of Visual Experience and Visual Merchandising

About the role

This senior position leads the global visual experience for a fashion retail client operating more than 1,000 stores in 60 countries. The role is dedicated exclusively to physical retail environments, shaping how the brand is expressed in store spaces and visual touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define, standardise and scale the brand’s visual experience across all physical retail locations worldwide.
• Ensure visual consistency, desirability and commercial impact at scale.
• Develop global visual strategy, standards, and visual materials planning.
• Oversee window and creative design, store environment, and visual standards implementation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Commercial Product, Store Operations, Architecture/Store Design, Marketing, Finance and IT/Data teams.
• Lead global implementation, operational excellence and governance of visual merchandising.
• Manage frequent travel and relocation to Turkey.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in high‑volume fast‑fashion retail (e.g., Zara, H&M, Primark dynamics) with a multi‑brand portfolio.
• Experience overseeing visual strategy for 1,000+ stores across multiple countries.
• Track record of delivering commercial partnership, visual standards and creative leadership at a global scale.
