About the role

Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program in Istanbul, designed to develop commercial acumen through two nine‑month rotations in Account Management and Product Management. You will work on strategic sales planning, solution selling, and product coordination while gaining exposure to global markets.

Key responsibilities

Support account management activities, provide product expertise, and help identify and close sales leads.
Coordinate product projects, manage schedules, financials, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

Required profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication in English and Turkish, with ability to convey complex ideas.
