Global Medical Collaboration Leader – Metabolism (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Global Medical Collaboration Leader to support the development and commercialization of its cardiometabolic pipeline in Turkey and surrounding regions. This 24‑month fixed‑term contract involves field‑based medical engagement across the molecule lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative networks with external stakeholders, positioning Roche as a preferred partner.
• Engage investigators and site staff to accelerate clinical development programs from early to late stages.
• Provide real‑time insights on disease‑area landscape to inform cross‑functional strategies.
• Partner with global and affiliate teams to enhance medical launch readiness and support treatment access.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific field (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD).
• Substantial experience in a customer‑facing medical/scientific role, preferably in obesity, diabetes or cardiovascular disease.
• Significant pharmaceutical industry experience at global or affiliate level, including medical affairs or product development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish (native speakers preferred).

• Excellent communication and influencing skills in global, virtual, matrix environments.
• Project management capability to lead initiatives to successful completion.
