About the role
The Global Network Banking Associate supports HSBC's multinational client relationships, working across product teams and group offices to deliver tailored banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned client portfolio, coordinating with GTS, GPS, MSS and other HSBC offices.
- Identify client needs, propose suitable products and services, and drive revenue growth through needs‑based sales.
- Maintain credit quality in line with Group standards and ensure compliance with risk policies.
- Collaborate with GNB Relationship Managers to align relationship‑management activities across HBTR and Group offices.
Required profile
- University degree with 2‑4 years of experience in corporate, global or transaction banking.
- Strong commercial mindset, client‑centric approach and ability to work across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills.
Required skills
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
- Presentation and execution capabilities.
