Graphic Design Professional – AI‑Enhanced Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Design Professional to join our creative team and lead the integration of artificial intelligence into fashion‑focused visual production. You will work on e‑commerce visuals and campaign assets for the Trendyolmilla collection, collaborating with designers, buyers, and AI specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Create final visuals for the Trendyolmilla collection using a variety of AI tools.
• Develop style guides and templates to ensure consistent AI‑generated content across campaigns.
• Establish quality‑control processes for AI‑generated assets to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor performance metrics of AI‑generated content and optimize based on data insights.
• Perform model and ghost‑mannequin retouching for e‑commerce images.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI creative technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Retouch, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably with creative production.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong experience in fashion/e‑commerce shoots, studio and natural lighting, and advanced retouching (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One).
• Excellent understanding of prompt engineering and AI model capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with an innovative mindset.
