Graphic Designer Intern

About the role

Lalamove, a global on-demand delivery platform with over 1,600 employees across Southeast Asia and Latin America, is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join its growing Marketing Team in Turkey. The intern supports the design team in creating visuals for social media, digital campaigns and other marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating visuals for social media, digital campaigns and various marketing channels.
• Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats.
• Assist with tracking and implementing design revisions.
• Create simple visual edits and contribute to typography and layout work.
• Contribute to the visualization of campaign ideas and concepts.
• Develop and refine designs based on team feedback.
• Organize and prepare design files in a clear, easy-to-work-with format.

Required profile

• A student or recent graduate in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• An interest in fundamental design principles such as typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising visual trends.
• Open to receiving feedback and eager to learn new skills.
• Comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with After Effects is a plus.

No formal portfolio is required: candidates can share school projects, personal work or a few designs. As part of the application process, applicants complete a small design task. The company uses AI tools to help review applications, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
