Graphic & Motion Designer (Freelance, Fully Remote)

About the role

Curious Brand is a brand design and communication studio with a remote team, helping organisations communicate clearly since 15 years, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small startups. It is adding a designer to its core team: someone who can take a creative direction and carry it carefully and independently across social media, print, presentations and video. The position is fully remote, as a full-time freelance designer invoiced monthly.

Key responsibilities

• Design social content, campaign visuals, presentations, reports and print layouts
• Edit short-form video regularly: cuts, captions, sound and versions for each platform
• Adapt and implement approved key visuals across formats and languages
• Use AI tools where they improve speed or quality, with judgement on where not to use them
• Work closely with project managers using instant chat and project management tools
• Take ownership of each project, from understanding the brief to delivering correctly prepared files, including file naming and careful reading of the copy

Required profile

• At least four years of professional design experience, shown through real client work (student projects are not enough)
• Strong understanding of branding and brand guidelines
• Native Turkish and fluent written English
• Careful attention to detail: reviewing copy, spacing, image quality, sizes and exports before delivery
• Reliability: full-time availability Monday to Friday, keeping tasks up to date and raising questions early

Required skills

• Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• A video tool used every week, ideally Premiere Pro or After Effects
