Grounds Supervisor – Landscaping & Grounds

About the role

The Grounds Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds at our Bodrum location. This role combines hands‑on maintenance, inventory control, and team leadership to ensure a safe, attractive environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inventory of tools, equipment and materials and place orders for plants, equipment and supplies within budget.
• Record water usage from pumps and wells and manage irrigation system installation, maintenance and operation.
• Mix, prepare and apply chemical solutions for pest, weed and disease control; keep accurate fertilizer and pesticide application records.
• Perform minor repairs on structures using hand and power tools; operate tractors, trucks and utility vehicles to transport equipment.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report incidents, and maintain certifications.
• Provide guest service support, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.
• Perform physical tasks such as snow removal, ice management, lifting up to 50 lb, and working on uneven or slippery surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related landscaping or grounds‑keeping experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
