Group Sales Operations Specialist (Umrah) - Disabled

About the role

Pegasus Airlines is hiring an Umrah Operations Specialist (Disabled) for flight PC-2026. The role covers the operational side of group bookings for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, from pricing and reservations to payments, refunds and catering coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate group requests received through the reservation system, prepare pricing and follow up and coordinate all related operational processes.
• Review and manage reservation change and refund requests for confirmed Hajj and Umrah groups, coordinating the process fully.
• Organize payment plans for confirmed groups and coordinate reservation and ticketing procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on the payment of total group fees.
• Handle procedures related to refunds arising from cancellations in completed groups.
• Track and manage in-flight catering processes, prevent disruptions and act proactively when needed.
• Strengthen cooperation with agencies to increase group sales and support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university program.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or customer-focused roles.
• Minimum B1 level of English, sufficient for effective communication in operational processes.
• Strong stress management, time management and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must provide a medical board report showing a minimum disability rate of 40% and state their disability and its degree in the cover letter.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
