Growth Manager (Mid/Senior)

About the role

Codeway builds consumer AI apps on mobile and web and runs six vertical companies, including Wishlabs, Wellture, Learna, Sparked, Cosmic Jam and Catalyst Apps. Its HQ in Istanbul finds and grows builders. The Growth Manager takes full ownership of an app's marketing and runs end-to-end user acquisition, while also taking part in creative discussions, managing global network relationships and contributing to strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own an app's marketing and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies
• Manage the creative pipeline: develop and test creatives, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation and give feedback
• Optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies, and collaborate with ad network teams such as Meta London, TikTok Dubai, Apple London and Google Dublin
• Build and monitor BI dashboards, keep campaigns on track for their KPIs and scale them
• Work with the product team to understand users and shape monetization strategies
• Apply out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques and take on additional growth tasks

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
• Passion for mobile marketing, data and creative production
• Hard-working, result-driven and able to own every aspect of a project
• Open to constructive criticism and feedback
• Excellent communication skills and excellent command of English
