About the role

Gül İnşaat Proje A.Ş. is seeking an experienced Survey Engineer to join its team. The role involves both office and field coordination on residential and shopping‑mall projects, ensuring accurate measurements and seamless communication between design and construction groups.

Key responsibilities

• Perform topographic and construction measurements for both rough and fine construction phases.
• Calculate volume (kübaj) and other quantitative data required for project execution.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure that drawings and plans are correctly implemented on site.
• Maintain continuous communication between office and field, supporting application work and on‑site problem solving.
• Support the implementation team by providing accurate data and monitoring information flow.

Required profile

• Graduated from a relevant engineering faculty (Survey Engineering or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to empathize, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Willingness to work both in the office and on construction sites.
