Head of Customer Success – Loyalty & Partner Platforms (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Head of Customer Success to build and lead onboarding and lifecycle management for a growing B2B loyalty and partner platform. As the first dedicated hire, you will own the entire customer journey from technical integration to long‑term relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding for new B2B customers, guiding partners through integration, balance top‑ups, platform listings and communication reviews.
• Manage operational relationships with active customers, serving as primary point of contact and driving value from loyalty partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales to align success strategies, set performance indicators and support customer growth.
• Maintain a high‑quality CRM environment in HubSpot, using AI to log interactions, enrich contacts and keep pipelines accurate.
• Use AI tools to categorize support tickets, draft responses, summarize meetings and accelerate resolution.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or partner onboarding within loyalty, SaaS or payments.
• Proven ability to manage relationships through onboarding, launch and ongoing engagement.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude for workflow automation.
• Good understanding of digital integrations, including API connections, web links, voucher uploads and campaign dashboards.
