Head of Marketing – FMCG Brand Leadership

About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to drive the growth of a high‑potential better‑for‑you FMCG brand. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the brand’s voice and guide it from niche to mainstream.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual brand marketing plan to boost awareness, preference and market share.
• Lead ATL media strategy and implementation across TV, radio, outdoor and print.
• Oversee packaging development, campaign assets and brand storytelling.
• Plan direct marketing for new launches, seasonal activations and category entries.
• Synthesize market research and brand health data to shape positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing and product teams to ensure executional alignment.
• Manage external agency partners and media buying with full budget accountability.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise for ROI and brand resonance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale traditional marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning, consumer segmentation and creative development.
• Commercially minded with a track record of delivering marketing ROI.
• Experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
