Hilltown Sales Consultant - Full Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Hilltown store in Maltepe, Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through fashion expertise, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while ensuring satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies and directives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (with reasonable accommodation).
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
