Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel situated in Zorlu Center. The role combines hands‑on supervision with a focus on delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with Raffles’ luxury standards, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Train, coach and schedule housekeeping staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team.
• Conduct regular inspections, report deficiencies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, optimizing stock levels.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional appearance.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain attention to detail.
