HR Administration & Labor Relations Specialist

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an HR Administration & Labor Relations Specialist to join its plant in Akyazı, Sakarya. You will support the development and operation of HR systems, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, training, and employee engagement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and develop HR processes covering recruitment, performance appraisal, training, career development, leadership, and talent management.
• Support analysis and reporting of HR budget studies.
• Create and manage resources that facilitate recruitment activities.
• Oversee performance appraisal, talent management, reward, and recruitment processes.
• Identify, plan, organize, and report training needs.
• Conduct research, training sessions, presentations, and communications on HR topics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date organizational charts, job descriptions, and related HR documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Sakarya‑Kocaeli provinces.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
