About the role

Join Unilever as an HR Gennext for the Konya HPC factory. You will support the local HR agenda, focusing on performance management, growth culture, people analytics, learning, and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and executing the HR agenda for Konya HPC, covering performance management, growth culture, people analytics, learning interventions, and career development frameworks.
• Provide meaningful people data to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to the creation of the HR strategy for the factory, working closely with the factory HR team.
• Collaborate on an integrated supply‑chain HR plan for Konya HPC.
• Use people data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn.
• Ability to connect big‑picture thinking with detailed execution.
• Digital‑savvy, forward‑thinking, and future‑oriented.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree or pursuing a master’s degree.
• Available to work at least three days per week.
