About the role
MINDPICKED is seeking an HR Business Partner for a leading FMCG client. The role supports both production and operational functions, covering blue‑collar and white‑collar employee populations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as HR Business Partner for production and operational functions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management and employee engagement processes.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, recruitment and organisational development.
- Partner with plant/production management on people‑related matters.
- Monitor HR KPIs and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
- Mandatory experience in the manufacturing/production sector.
- Experience working with both blue‑collar and white‑collar employees.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
