Human Resources Business Partner (Managerial)

About the role

MINDPICKED is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Managerial) for a leading multinational FMCG client in Antalya. The role involves taking an active part in all HR functions and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and organizational development projects.
• Contribute to HR transformation and change‑management initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide HR guidance across the organization and conduct job analyses for strategic positions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles from graduate to management level.
• Prepare annual training plans and coordinate internal and external training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 7–8 years of HR experience with significant exposure to Organizational Development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High accuracy, ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self‑disciplined, proactive, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Team player with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Flexible working hours, able to travel without restrictions, and military service completed (for male candidates).
• Residing in Antalya.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
