Human Resources Manager

About the role

A growing company operating two manufacturing plants in Ankara is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will shape the future of its people and organization. Beyond managing HR operations, the role leads people-centered, sustainable and value-driven initiatives that support the company's growth and institutionalization. The manager structures and improves existing HR processes while acting as a strategic business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, improve and sustainably manage HR operational standards
• Structure recruitment, performance, training and employee relations processes within a corporate framework
• Implement HR practices aligned with the company's growth objectives at the operational level
• Strengthen HR's role as a strategic business partner through close collaboration with senior management
• Manage human resources and administrative affairs activities in a holistic way

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience establishing, developing and improving HR policies, processes and practices
• Experience reporting to senior management and leading HR teams
• Hands-on, results-oriented and accountable leadership style

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of core HR operations and personnel administration
• End-to-end HR process management: recruitment, performance management, compensation and training
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
