Human Resources Smart Start Internship

About the role

Join Bosch in Istanbul as a Human Resources Smart Start Intern and gain hands‑on experience in HR functions while supporting real projects. This role is designed for motivated university students who want to explore recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding in a global industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires and interns.
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives and the Smart Start Internship Program.
• Help with administrative and reporting tasks related to HR operations.
• Participate in organizing employer branding events and activities.

Required profile

• 3rd‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Engineering, Economic Management Science, or related fields.
• Experience from academic projects or previous internships.
• Very good command of English.
• Collaborative, customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn and develop within HR.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
