Human Resources Specialist – Talent Management & Development

About the role

Adel Kalemcilik, a leading stationery company in Turkey, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to drive talent initiatives, enhance employee experiences, and support the organization’s growth. The role focuses on modern HR practices, digital transformation, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve talent management processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive recruitment, employer branding, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and coordinate learning programs, development journeys, and talent projects.
• Manage employer branding activities, university relations, internship, and talent programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
• Stay up to date with HR trends, digital solutions, and AI‑powered practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, acquisition, learning & development, employer branding, internal communication, or related HR functions.
• Proven experience leading HR projects and improving people processes.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and modern HR practices.
• Passion for creating engaging employee experiences and building a strong employer brand.
• Curiosity about HR technologies, digital transformation, AI, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar digital HR tools.
• Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
