Human Resources Team Lead

About the role

Döhler Turkey is seeking a Human Resources Team Lead for its Marmara Factory in Balıkesir. You will drive HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives and foster a high‑performance culture across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR practices in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management and employee engagement programs.
• Design and deliver employee development initiatives and annual training plans.
• Manage multi‑skill development programs to enhance operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law, workplace regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Balıkesir.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law.
