Hybrid Cloud Solutions Architect

About the role

The Hybrid Cloud Solutions Architect will work on‑site two days a week at HPE’s Istanbul office, designing end‑to‑end solutions that help customers achieve business outcomes across HPE’s portfolio and third‑party components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present compelling proposals that align with customer business and technical requirements.
• Translate outcome‑based solutions into functional and technical designs that can scale with growth.
• Drive account business planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting in collaboration with sales teams.
• Provide technical expertise, demos, proofs‑of‑concept and guidance to customers and partners.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of IT technical consulting and solution‑selling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HPE product portfolio, hybrid cloud and as‑a‑service models.
• Strong communication, persuasion and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members and influence cross‑functional teams.
