About the role
We are looking for a Hygiene Manager to lead food safety and hygiene operations at Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel within the Accor portfolio. The role ensures the highest standards of hygiene, compliance and guest safety in a dynamic international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor hygiene and food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits, supplier audits, microbiological monitoring and risk assessments, and manage corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering (mandatory) with at least 5 years of experience in hygiene, food safety or quality assurance within luxury hotels.
- Professional HACCP certification (mandatory) and preferably ISO 22000 Lead Auditor certification.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and ISO 22000 standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written and verbal English communication.
